    What Are You Carrying?

As women, we carry many things (besides what’s in our purse!). We carry a lot of emotional baggage that we need to eliminate. The first step towards elimination is awareness and recognition. Many times it is hard to identify what we are carrying and to be objective with our own self.

We challenge you to use this worksheet individually or in a group (team) setting to create a baggage free environment and life. It is not impossible but it isn’t always easy. Just know we are with you in the journey and will always be your cheerleaders.

I am . . . (how do you define yourself?)

What have you been carrying that is preventing you from living the abundant life?

    • Fears?
    • Regrets?
    • Failures?
    • Disappointments?
    • Grudges?
    • Unmet Expectations?

What will you release & what will that look like?

What will you carry and pass on this year to encourage, empower and equip others?

    Who will hold you accountable?

Setting The Stage: (Using this Worksheet in a Group)

Activity prior to doing the Worksheet
Share 5 things you like and 5 things you don’t like. (exp. Vanillalatte’s, Christmas, working out . . .) Write these down in two columns: the likes and the don’t likes. Pass to the person on your right and read each person’s list.

Go Through Worksheet Together (worksheet above)
The questions on the worksheet can go as deep or shallow as you would like but it will get the conversation started and women thinking about who they are.

This is a great exercise to do with your team or some of the gals. You can create an experience over lunch, coffee or in a park.

As the Facilitator, listen to what is being said and what is NOT being said. It will give you great insight into the women, their needs, and journey.

    • Hebrews 12:1 Let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
    • Psalm 60:12 With God’s help we will do mighty things.
    • 2 Thessalonians 3:3 The Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you.
    • Chronicles 15:7 Be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded.

    Trying to travel lighter!
